EXERCISES FOR THE ULTRAFLEX
UltraFlex is for everyone.
The Ultraflex exercises are designed to be performed from a:
- standing
position
- kneeling
position
- prone
position
- seated
position
- wheelchair
You can even workout while
watching TV.
UltraFlex is a totally new
concept in exercise. It comes to us through aerospace technology
providing a unique form of resistance training. This resistance
is variable in that it increases as you go through a range of motion
and by changing hand or body positions. The UltraFlex resistance
increases as you bring the ends together and is defined as Target
Perfect Resistance (TPR).
You increase or decrease the resistance
depending on how close you move the ends of the UltraFlex
together or keep the ends apart.
UltraFlex gives you the opportunity
to exercise virtually every large muscle group to strengthen or
develop a firm lean body. Its simplicity in
design gives you a variety of exercises to perform with quick simple
instructions to follow. UltraFlex can and should be combined
with an
aerobic program very effectively; such as walking, aerobic dance,
exercise bike, etc. If you dont feel comfortable combining
your aerobic activity with the UltraFlex you should separate
the activity.
