INNER THIGH EXERCISE

I N S T R U C T I O N S
While seated the legs should bend at 90 degree angle as shown. Place
both hands through the safety straps and grasp both ends of the UltraFlex
with palms down using the handshake grip. Place both ends of
the UltraFlex between your legs just above the knees. Your
heels should be parallel with each other. Your feet should be shoulder
width apart and legs spread as far apart as possible.
A C T I O N
Take a breath and as you exhale lift your feet slightly, while on
your toes, bring your knees together while rotating on your toes.
Inhale as you return to the starting position stretching out your
legs as far as possible and repeat. |
