LEG EXTENSION EXERCISE

Quadriceps
(Upper Leg, Front of Thigh)
I N S T R U C T I O N S
From a seated position place one hand through the safety strap and
grasp the end of the UltraFlex , palms down. The other end of
the UltraFlex is securely fastened to the ankle strap. Arrange
the ankle strap such that the UltraFlex is resting behind the
ankle and above the shoe. With your leg bent at the knee at 90 degrees
this is the starting position for this exercise. Simply straighten
your leg as shown.
A C T I O N
Exhale as you straighten your leg. Inhale as you return your leg to
the starting position. Switch the ankle strap to the other leg and
repeat. |
